Our Association office gives step-by-step assistance and guidance to those in need and also handles the requests for our Aspiring Innkeeper's Packet.

If you Aspire to become an innkeeper, you'll need to know:

• Where and how do I begin?
• What are the B&B licensing and zoning requirements?
• Does the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) apply to B&B's?
• Are there benefits to purchasing an operating inn?
• What are realistic occupancy and income figures?

As recipient of the Aspiring Innkeeper's Packet, you'll be invited to take part in our IBBIA Mentor program. As an Aspiring Member, you'll be eligible to work with a volunteer IBBIA mentor for new innkeepers. They will try and answer your questions and guide you.
