An elegant Victorian style home located in the city of Denison awaits you.  This century old Victorian home built in 1906, and recently renovated and restored after  being vacant for approximately 30 years, has come back to life.  This historic home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the business district.

The Innkeepers
Duane & Kristy Zenk bought this Victorian home in October of 2002 with the intention of opening a Bed & Breakfast.  The home has been added onto, with the original part of the home being renovated and restored.  Duane and Kristy  have lived in Denison for over 30 years and have two children.

Kristy also works for Western Iowa Power Cooperative and has been the Administrative Secretary for the past 11 years.

Duane is the County Assessor for Crawford County.  He is also a partner of a petroleum company with our sons, Gene and Tim.  They are all members of the Denison Fire Department.
