Axtel House

Built in 1903 by George Axtel, this restored old Prairie Gothic style house features a spacious dining room & parlor with corner fireplace, farmstyle kitchen, central air-conditioning, with four bedrooms (two with private bath), and a TV in each room. Here is where our guests can visit, watch tv, read, play board games or simply enjoy the gas fireplace.
Our guests are served a hot country breakfast each day of their visit. This room features a private bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). This room is located on the ground floor of the house. Here is another view of the room located on the ground floor. This room features a spacious closet and a shared bathroom across the hall. When peering out the bedroom window, a guest will often catch a glimpse of ducks, geese and deer enjoying the beautiful lake. As the name of the room suggests, this room is features a Native American decor. This room has a shared bathroom across the hall. This room is decorated with Norman Rockwell art. It features a private bath equipped with a shower and tub. Guests can enjoy the barn and countryside view from the small balcony.

The Carriage House Studio Apartment
Our Carriage House is a replica of a typical Carriage House, circa early 1900's, with a loft apartment upstairs and a bunkhouse with two bathrooms on the ground floor. The Carriage House is a comfortable studio apartment. Antiques adorn the Carriage House. Great open area for private parties or get-togethers.

The Living Room & Dining Room
The Lesan Heritage House was built by Burritt Lesan in 1901. Completely restored and furnished with antique decor, it features a spacious combined parlor, dining room and entertainment area on the first floor that is available for social events and corporate meetings. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor for bed & breakfast guests. Our guests are welcome to sit in the parlor and relax with a good book. This spacious and inviting area is a big hit with visiting groups. A full country breakfast is enjoyed by all. Even the kitchen area is available for socializing. All around the house you'll find visions of days past. This guest room features a barn theme. It is fun and very inviting. Step back into time, but in comfortable surroundings. Our rooms are comfortable and always themed.
