Prairie View as the name implies offers welcoming country views. This rural home is conveniently located in central Iowa just 2 miles west of Panora. Your hosts are science teachers with ecotourism in mind; therefore, walking trails provide a unique experience with 15 acres of prairie. Only minutes from Lake Panorama, be their guests to boat or fish. If bicycling is your interest, enjoy traveling the Raccoon River Bike Trail. Wide-open skies provide a perfect setting for evening star gazing and campfires.
Relax in the swimming pool, play a round of
golf at the Lake Panorama National Golf or just enjoy leisure time on the yard
swing, In colder months, enjoy hot cider around the fireplace and cross country
skiing for the more adventurous. Guthrie County Regional Airport is only one
mile away and welcomes private planes. There are 3 guest rooms of which one is a
spacious suite for honeymooners or any special occasion for pampering.
A full breakfast compliments this country retreat with a choice of formal or
casual dining.

• Check in time is 4:00-6:00 PM unless an alternate time is requested.

Payment and Reservation:
• One night deposit required for reservation confirmation.
• Refunds made if notice received seven days prior to reservation. Full refund
will be granted if room is re-rented with shorter notice.
• Cash, personal checks and major credit cards accepted.
Business discounts of $15.00 each night Mon.-Thurs. ~ continental breakfast.
$10.00 charge for children,12 years and younger, sharing room. Dish TV and

Welcome to Pedaler's Inn. We are conveniently located on Highway 44, 45 minutes west of Des Moines. As we are one block east of the Raccoon River Valley Trail, it is a perfect location for bikers to pedal out for an overnight stay, then continue up the trail and back again. Our inn is a great place for families to explore the small town atmosphere in the oldest community in Guthrie County. Stroll down Main Street to experience our charming shops and fine dining. See our history preserved at the Historical Village, or visit the picturesque Springbrook National Park for swimming or other park activities. Golfers can take advantage of Panorama National Golf course. We can also accommodate small groups looking for a quiet retreat location, youth or adults. Meeting area is available.
