Potter's Mill stands on the bank of a lazy stream located along the Grant Wood Scenic Byway, Iowa. The remodeled structure was formerly a gristmill, in fact, it is the oldest standing gist mill in the state, and as such, has earned national recognition. Potter's Mill is on the National Register of Historic Places, as well as being named a point of interest in the Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area.

All four of the lodging accommodations are extremely comfortable and attractively decorated.  The suites are all very spacious. All rooms at Potter’s Mill have private baths, televisions, and air conditioning. A full breakfast is served each morning.

Potter's Mill offers a unique atmosphere with many of the artifacts from the Mill's flour producing days still on display. We encourage you to take your time and explore.
