Timberpine Lodge was built
just three years ago by the innkeepers and their sons. It is a true
timber frame home with only wooden pegs holding the structure of the
home together. We are conveniently located just minutes west of Des
Moines and Jordan Creek Mall. Madison county’s covered bridges are
just minutes to the south. Bicyclists can enjoy the Raccoon River
Bike Trail and canoeing is great fun on the North Raccoon River
nearby. Peaceful is the key word in describing spending time at
Timberpine Lodge. Abundant wildlife and birds are yours to enjoy
while setting in the porch swing overlooking the beautiful garden
and water feature. Or curl up with a good book in the loft. Our
suite includes a whirlpool tub and separate shower and the fireplace
can be viewed from both the bath and bedroom. A full breakfast
compliments your stay at the lodge with in room dining available.
